Ages 3+. Join Sara for a Family Yoga class centered around finding peace in the sounds we hear. She takes an imaginary walk with her dog through the local conservation area to explore sound and how it can help us all cultivate peace. There is a special activity where you "send peace" to eachother through family members' hands! This class has a "Mr. Sun" song salutation at the beginning which appeals to younger kids, but the ideas and exercises explored are wonderful for ALL AGES!

Walking - age 3. Beep beep! Pull over for the firetruck! Sara takes your toddler on a high-speed adventure in a beloved shiny red engine. This classes focuses on one of our important community helpers: The Firefighters! Sara also enjoying playing a kalimba!

KIDS - Rainy Garden Yoga
Ages 4-8. Get wet with Megan as we embark on a rainy garden yoga adventure to see what we can see! We will frolic with the butterflies, flash like lightning and enjoy a beautiful, refreshing rainstorm! Our Appleseed rainstick makes a special appearance. :)
