All ages. Embark on a Spring romp in the garden! Megan will read "In the Garden" by Kathy Beliveau and lead you through a yoga pose on each page. Can you guess the animals from the riddles?!

All ages. Get your seedlings started with Sara as she plays yoga in the veggie garden! Singing, moving and breathing in this class will get your family connected through giggles and rest. Aimed for younger families, approx ages 2 - 8.

For walking - age 3. Get sprouting with Diane in her Toddler Yoga class all about planting a garden! From growing your body from seed - I wonder what you planted! Yoga along to find out. 🌱

Ages 4-8. Get wet with Megan as we embark on a rainy garden yoga adventure to see what we can see! We will frolic with the butterflies, flash like lightning and enjoy a beautiful, refreshing rainstorm! Our Appleseed rainstick makes a special appearance. :)

All ages. Sara plays yoga to the book "The Invisible Garden" by Marianne Ferrer and Valérie Picard! In this story with very little words, Arianne explores a beautiful garden while the grown ups talk and activates her magnificent imagination! Enjoy a rest and peaceful moment after class.

All ages! Tip toe with Sara through the rainy veggie garden to see who you may see! There may even be a rainstorm as you ponder earth worms, birds, and other friends through family yoga games! Class ends with a family relaxation.
