Ages 4-8. Each of us have divine feminine energy which we also see displayed by the energy of our precious moon! So let's honour our mothering energy and play some moon yoga with Megan.
At the end of class we enjoy the book: "Just Like Mama", a story about a little girl who is mothered not by her biological mother, but another delightful human. Can you take some time to think about who has mothered you through the last two years?
