Meditation Bundle
Contrary to popular belief, kids LOVE to meditate! Join Megan and the Appleseed teachers as they lead your child through 4 beautiful meditations that focus on animals, nature, and the earth. Short in duration, you can use these before bed, in the morning upon waking, or on a lazy Sunday afternoon as a family. Don't forget to get in a few minutes of rest for yourself! Good for all ages up to 12.
