Wolf Moon Yoga 🐺
Welcome to the Wolf Moon cycle! Here you will find classes for every member of your family surrounding the learnings and principles we find during the Wolf Moon (the first new moon after the winter solstice, which sometimes marks the beginning of the year in some cultures.)
The entire lunar cycle at this time of year is known as the wolf moon and the cycle gets its name from the wolves that are howling this time of year as they begin their breeding season. The wolves also howl to define territory, locate members of the pack, and hunt. Wolves are running at this time of year in the darkness. They live by survival and instinct. They howl to claim their space in the pack, on their territory. They howl "I am" and "I am here."
