Ages 4-8. The amazon is home to 40,000 plant species and over 5500 animal species from mammals to birds, to fish! Spend some time with Megan as we build our courage in the humidity and tour through the depths of this incredibly diverse ecosystem. We will move our bodies and take a boat along the Amazon River to see what we can find! 🌿 🐍 🐟 🐒 🦋 🐜 🦎 🦜 🦥 🌴

All ages. Close your eyes and imagine you're in the thick of the Amazon with Sara! She will lead you through a sound meditation with raindrops and a soft thunder rumble, what else would you hear in the rainforest?

FAMILY - Jaguar Hunt in the Rainforest
All ages. Set out on a Jaguar Hunt in the Amazon with Megan! We will take a boat ride on our yoga mats through the amazon to try and find a jaguar! Then we read "When My Dad Went To the Jungle" by Gusti Rosemffet, and then we enjoy a sweet relaxation.

TWEEN - Amazonian Animals
Ages 9-12. Romp with the Amazonian Animals and Sara in this short tween class in the rainforest! Sara will get your body swaying, swinging, and breathing with amusing and intentional movements. Enjoy a nice relaxation at the end and don't forget to check out our Amazon Ambush playlist!
