MEDITATION - Loving Kindness (Metta)
All ages. Relax with Sara for a metta meditation! Metta means "loving kindness" and is a practice that focuses on cultivating love and kindness for others and ourselves. We recite positive phrases to ourselves and those we wish to send love to. ❤️

KIDS - Say "I Love You" Yoga
Ages 4-8. Connect with Megan for a class all about LOVE! We send love to those around us in a Love Vinyasa and then take a Journey Around the World to spread love to all the animals on each continent. We end with a book and do a meditation all about LOVE!
