Sara will sing and play along with you while moving like a frog, turtle, snake and more! This class incorporates partner poses and a time for reflecting on what makes us feel lucky ☘️ at the end!

KIDS - Rainy Garden Yoga
Ages 4-8. Get wet with Megan as we embark on a rainy garden yoga adventure to see what we can see! We will frolic with the butterflies, flash like lightning and enjoy a beautiful, refreshing rainstorm! Our Appleseed rainstick makes a special appearance. :)

All ages. Sara plays yoga to the book "The Invisible Garden" by Marianne Ferrer and Valérie Picard! In this story with very little words, Arianne explores a beautiful garden while the grown ups talk and activates her magnificent imagination! Enjoy a rest and peaceful moment after class.
