Food Yoga 🍇
Make merry and play with your food! In these Appleseed classes we eat, pretend to be food, harvest, sow and everything in between. We love food and how it nourishes our bodies. Support your child in developing a healthy connection to the food they eat while moving their bodies. Did you know kids learn better when they're moving because they're accessing more of their cortex during movement. When we move our brain fires faster!
