Tween Yoga (ages 9-12)
A tween yoga class begins to look a little more like an adult class as we move away from yoga journeys. Tweens are supported in their development and yoga gives them time to process, breathe, and step back from their daily lives. Tween yoga explores topics like having a voice, community and confidence. We even have restorative tween classes and ones that center around self-love and body image.
